**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily smooth operations of the warehouse department.
- Monitor and improve team's productivity, accuracy of inventory and customer expectations.
- Control and manage the movement of inventory.
- Monitor and ensure implementation of the operating system, reporting requirements and recommend changes for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine to enhance the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflow.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
- Ensure safety and security measures conform to requirement.
- Troubleshoot problems in the department and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with commercial team to map constant improvement of operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor warehouse manpower planning, conduct meetings and training for the staff.
- Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum 10 years’ working experience of Warehouse Management in temperature controlled warehouse/ food manufacturer/ **fast moving consumer goods (packaged foods, beverages).
- **Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a Managerial Level with 3rd party temperature control warehouse and distribution.**:

- Good health condition and fit to work in low temperature environment.
- A good acumen in making decision.
- Possess management and leadership qualities.
- Flexibility to commit to longer working hours including Sunday and Public Holiday if required.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Able to work in a fast paced and aggressive environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Good at problem solving and multi-tasking and able to interact with people from all levels, internal and external.
- Well versed with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- **Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.**

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
