**Our client, an established MNC in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively involve in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate financial statements and meet reporting deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and MFRS accounting standards.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting entries, both manual and system-based, in accordance with accounting rules and company policies.
- Prepare annual tax estimations and submit revisions.
- Manage tax return filings and ensure indirect tax compliance.
- Identify potential tax planning opportunities.
- Keep track of Bionexus Tax Incentive rules.
- Submit compliance reports to Bionexus Corporation.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls for financial reporting.
- Ensure the effectiveness of SOX controls and identify issues.
- Coordinate SOX testing and identify issues.
- Participate in the e-invoicing project.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and monitor export proceeds expatriation.
- Prepare and submit reports to local authorities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting/Controlling or relevant experience.
- Experience the agricultural/food ingredients manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
- Professional qualification is a plus: MIA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.
- Knowledge of internal control standards: US GAAP, IFRS & MFRS, SEC, etc.
