To assist the Operation Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
- To relief the site office BE or Admin on leave ;
- To attend to tenants’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
- To supervise and maintain the operation of all mechanical and electrical installations including operation of the standby generator and air-conditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
- To assist the Operation Manager in the maintenance and management of the building;
- To assist Operation Manager in preparation of AGM and EGM.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management;
- More than a year working experience in Property Management for highrise buildings;
- Good knowledge and familiar with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations;
- Good communication skills and able to handle JMC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
