**Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control & Assurance**
- Oversee overall process quality control, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards.

**Customer & Supplier Engagement**
- Attend to customer complaints and liaise with suppliers when quality issues arise or impact stakeholders.
- Define and communicate raw material quality requirements to suppliers as necessary.

**Quality System & Documentation**
- Handle and control ISO 9001 QMS documentation.
- Register new procedures and forms, ensuring compliance with formal documentation requirements and standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Maintain and enforce in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications through negotiation and coordination.

**Cross-functional Coordination**
- Collaborate with Technical and Engineering teams to strategize on new product development.
- Provide engineering support throughout the product development lifecycle, including review of BOM, SOPs, material and drawing registers, and storage of master copies.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of new product introductions or product changes.

**Administration & Workplace Management**
- Plan manpower and oversee quality department administration.
- Promote and maintain 5S practices, good housekeeping, and workplace discipline to ensure a productive environment.

**Additional Duties**
- Perform other tasks as assigned or required by management.
- Identify and address daily product quality issues through field part return reviews, root cause analysis, NCR issuance, and PPAP review and release.
- Ensure timely and accurate testing of all incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to documented procedures.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead the IQC team, assign tasks to QC operators, and monitor performance to maintain quality standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
