JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee, supervise and coordinate all activities of the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Department.
- Ensure the workplace is safe and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, etc. and manage the relevant form or requirement periodic report.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001:2015 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) and ISO 14001:2018 (Environmental Management).
- Act as part of the document controller for the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Coordinate and arrange periodic HSE monitoring activities, including Chemical Exposure Monitoring.
- Manage the Emergency Response Committee (ERC) and oversee emergency preparedness.
- Collaborate with the CIMAH Competent Person for the renewal of CIMAH certification and Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
- Oversee the reporting, assessment, labelling, storage, and disposal of scheduled wastes.
- Perform other tasks related to the HSE Department as required.

REQUIREMENT:

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Have good knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health Management System and its statutory requirements.
- Have good knowledge in Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
- Preferably experience in Scheduled Waste Management and Manufacturing Industry
- Analytical, meticulous, well organized and possess a strong work ethic.
- Mature, pleasant personality with good disposition.
- Possession of a valid CePSWaM and CePSO Certificate (preferred)
- Possession of a valid OSH Coordinator Certificate (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Immediate starter would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Korean language would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
