**Job Description: Data Analyst Manager**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Analysis & Insights**:

- Analyze data from various sources, including Shopify, sales reports, and customer behavior trends.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve business performance.

2. **Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring timely and accurate analysis.
- Assign tasks, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment for problem-solving.

3. **Data Tools & Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain dashboards using **Microsoft Excel**, **Google Sheets**, and Shopify analytics tools.
- Present data findings in a clear and actionable format to stakeholders and management.

4. **Process Optimization**:

- Streamline data collection, organization, and reporting processes.
- Develop automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with IT and e-commerce teams to integrate data systems and improve data accuracy.

6. **Performance Metrics**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on areas requiring improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies using data analysis.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience working with Shopify data analytics and e-commerce metrics is highly preferred.

3. **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VBA) and **Google Sheets**.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Understanding of SQL or other data query languages is a plus.

4. **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
- Knowledge of statistical tools and methods to analyze data accurately.

5. **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with Shopify Apps, Reports, or APIs for custom data reporting.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources for holistic analysis.
