You'll play an essential role in crafting strategic, engaging, high-quality content that supports our health supplement products and network resellers. You’ll ensure consistency in brand messaging, drive customer engagement and support CRM campaign objectives across various channels.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Strategise and craft compelling messages aligned with CRM and marketing campaign objectives to maximize customer engagement and conversions while maintaining brand cohesion.
- Assist in content administration, including maintaining documentation and workflows, organising storyboards, conducting field research and preparing interviews to enhance storytelling quality.
- Conduct regular market and audience research to ensure all content is relevant, resonates with target demographics and remains competitive within the health and wellness industry.
- Coordinate and collaborate with content contributors and stakeholders to gather necessary assets, approvals and updates to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of solid experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role; experience within the health, wellness or consumer goods industry would be a plus.
- Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Ability to think strategically and create contents aligned with marketing goals.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear messaging.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multi functional teams.
