**Responsibilities**:_

This role involves the responsibility of handling general office tasks and administrative duties
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Directing communications between colleagues & customers
- Entering data & bookkeeping, invoicing, salary payments.
- Maintain, organize and order general office supplies, and ensure teams have everything they need to succeed
- Work closely and provide general assistance to team
- Liaising with suppliers
- To support any administrative work to the team
- Perform any ad-hoc matters that may be assigned
- **What we are looking for**_
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
- Computer literate & proficient in MS Office and MS Excel

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Be able to work in Setia Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
- Preferably able to join immediately or short notice

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
