Cost Controller

a) To check monthly Cost of Food Issued, Cost of Food Consumed and Cost of Food Sold and to record it in the hotel MC system.
b) To provide management with information indicating the financial results of business operation, these monthly accounting procedures also provide information that can be useful for assessing the various control procedures established for the operation.
c) To do Monthly Food Inventory & General Store Inventory to get actual number of units on hand of each item in stock and recording it in hotel MC System
d) To count the value of the physical food Inventory with Actual Purchase Price, First In First Out Method (FIFO), Weighted Average Purchase Price Method, Latest Purchase Price Method, Last In First Out Method (LIFO).
e) To do adjustment of Cost of Food Issued, transfers between the kitchen and the other outlets and recorded it in the MC system.
f) To prepare and calculate the recipe costing for new menus provided by Kitchen and Food and Beverage.
g) To compile weekly & monthly breakages report from Chief Steward, recorded and updated in the hotel accounting system.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
