**Job description**

Responsibilities of a Content Moderator:
1. Content Review: Review and evaluate user-generated content on digital platforms to ensure compliance with company policies, community guidelines, and legal regulations.

2. Moderation Decisions: Make decisions regarding the approval, removal, or moderation of content based on predefined criteria. This may involve removing or restricting access to inappropriate or harmful content.

3. Policy Enforcement: Enforce content policies and guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant online environment. This includes addressing hate speech, harassment, and inappropriate content.

4. Content Classification: Categorize and tag content for organization and search purposes, such as labeling content for different age groups or themes.

5. User Reports: Review and respond to user-generated reports of content violations and take appropriate action.

Examples of Content Moderator Roles:
1. Social Media Platforms: Content moderators review and assess posts, comments, and shared content on social media platforms to ensure they do not contain malicious links, inappropriate material, or violations of the platform's usage policies.

2. Online Marketplaces and E-commerce Platforms: In online marketplaces, moderators may review product listings, reviews, and seller behavior to ensure the quality of products and services while preventing fraudulent activities.

3. Online Forums and Communities: They monitor online communities to ensure there is no harassment, discriminatory speech, or inappropriate content, and take action on user reports.

4. News Websites and Blogs: Content moderators ensure that news articles, comments, and blog content adhere to ethical guidelines, while filtering out false information and inappropriate content.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
