- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function/People Framework which included Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Performance Management, Employee & Industrial Relation and Company Culture.
- Manage day to day HR related inquiries and provide guidance to employees, questions ranging from inquiries over benefits.
- Ensure all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and align with the Group HR policies and procedure. Highlights for review and updates as and when required
- Facilitate employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
- Maintenance of internal database.
- Perform all HR related ad-hoc duties from time to time or as per assigned.
- In charge of payroll calculation and coordination.
- Preparing HR reports required.
- Update all leave reports.
- To prepare appointment letters.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Previous in E-Commerce/Digital Fields will be added advantages
- Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with less supervisory
- Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Initiative, proactive & positive work attitude
- Knowledge of local employment laws and government requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Good communication and negotiation skill

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
