**Facultative Reinsurance Placement**:

- Analyze and assess reinsurance needs for various insurance products within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies for facultative reinsurance placements
- Liaise with reinsurance brokers and reinsurers to negotiate and secure optimal reinsurance terms.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurance partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for reinsurance inquiries and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of reinsurance solutions.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on reinsurance placements and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of reinsurance agreements and transactions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on reinsurance performance analysis.

**Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the reinsurance sector.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance reinsurance expertise.
- Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.

**Important to your success**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of general insurance products and principles.
- Demonstrated interest and commitment to learning and developing expertise in facultative reinsurance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Proficient analytical skills for assessing risk and evaluating reinsurance options.
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for data analysis and generating actionable insights.
