**JOB SUMMARY**
- As the Head of Insurance group, and reports to the Executive Director.
- Responsible for insurance team, consist of sales (2-3 people), and back-office support team (4-6 people).
- Lead the insurance team to service and grow a portfolio of insurance clients.
- Grow the business with new products and segments.
- Base in Head Office, Section 7, Shah Alam.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manages the insurance team to respond to queries/claims from existing portfolio and follows up on new inquiries to secure new business. Carries out promotion/training for new products and client segments.
- Manages and processes policy documentation for a portfolio of clients from end to end including renewals, new business placement, credit control for outstanding premiums.
- Develops and owns the relationship with the international and local insurers networks, brokers and business partners.
- Checks the completeness of the data forms submitted by the policyholder. Ensures timely submission of policyholder information and statistics as required by the statutory boards or by management requirements.
- Liaises with different insurers to ensure accurate quotes across different markets and level of competitiveness.
- Maintains company and regulatory compliance, participates in and manages the outcome of internal and external audits of the business function including those for the company's auditor and others as may be necessary.
- Prepares monthly sales report and company performance reports, as required, within the timeline given. Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Must possess at least Diploma or Degree or AMII / ACII / AAII or any related field
- Recognized Diploma / Degree or equivalent discipline or professional qualifications in General Insurance
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in General Insurance and with client facing exposure within the corporate client space
- Good understanding of risk management, international and local market trends and developments
- Independent and a fast learner who can grasp processes and systems quickly
- Good presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work within deadlines and under pressure

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
