**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compensation Strategy & Design**:

- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives and workforce needs.
- Design and manage competitive salary structures, job evaluation systems, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company’s compensation packages are competitive within the industry.
- **Benefits Program Management**:

- Develop, manage, and communicate employee benefit programs
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit offerings based on employee feedback, market trends, and cost considerations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning benefits and compensation programs.
- Partner with external vendors and providers to negotiate and manage benefits contracts.
- **Compliance & Regulatory Adherence**:

- Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, tax laws, and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
- Ensure the organization’s compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements and are consistent with company policies.
- **Employee Communication & Education**:

- Develop and implement clear communication strategies to ensure employees understand compensation and benefits programs.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits data, such as salary benchmarks, employee turnover, and program effectiveness.
- Generate and present reports to senior leadership regarding compensation and benefits program performance.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to programs or strategies.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring that spending is within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and track the cost-effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- **Employee Satisfaction & Retention**:

- Develop compensation and benefits offerings that support employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention..
- Continuously improve compensation and benefits offerings based on employee feedback and business needs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in compensation and benefits management or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with compensation and benefits software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
