Services Coordinator supporting SPS Services/Project manager to ensure projects and assignments are delivered on time and on budget. Responsible for various tasks, including scheduling and managing communication among all project team members and other administrative duties.
- Directly responsible for order commitment, scheduling of sales orders, on-time delivery,
- inventory impact and cash flow performance for customer service orders under services
- contracts
- Ensure service orders are accurately recorded in SAP
- Ensure financial data is accurately recorded in SAP and/or GEOS
- Ensure compliance with Business Process Management System (BPMS)

**Job description
**Main Accountabilities:

- Coordinate and communicate project delivery and cost requirements to the key support functions or clients to meet schedule shipments in a quality and cost-effective manner
- Consolidate and analyze information from Project, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain and the Project Schedulers to develop the overall Project Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure for the assigned Project
- Participate in Schedule Reviews within FMC to ensure that schedule requirements are being met, determine shipping dates, and to update the project schedule
- Ensure that the accounting process, including revenue and cost recognition and sales order activities are compliant
- Communicate and work closely with the SPS Services Manager on deliveries and to ensure scheduled shipment arrives on time
- Communicate requirements to relevant departments and employees to keep progress on track
- To adhere to company HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) policy, rules & regulations.
- To integrate HSE as part of the job function.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Degree/Diploma in Art/ Science or equivalent.
- **Two to five years of working experience** with proven performance and product knowledge of assigned components. Technical, metallurgical, engineering, or other related background is preferred.
- Clear understanding and ability to execute fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in project management.
- Must demonstrate planning skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact with internal and external customers.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, using evaluation skills and ingenuity to recommend
- solutions to problems in a high-volume environment.
- Must have PC skills, including spreadsheet and word processing, and SAP or similar mainframe experience.
- Ability to recognize contractual requirements and variances from standards and procedures to ensure compliance. Recognize when to consult other departments.
- Multi-tasking/Pro-active/Effective teamwork/Process-oriented/Responsible/Effective time management/Organizing skills/**SAP knowledge**:

- Must demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in order to interact with suppliers and co-workers in a team-based environment
