**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) documents
- Checking & create documents to ensure we issue/receive payment in a timely and orderly manner.
- Manage incomplete document cases and follow up until resolved.
- Monitor overdue customer payments and follow up consistently until received.
- Any other adhoc accounting tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
