**Role**: Investor Relations

**Location**: Selangor, KL

**Duration**: Fulltime

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop investors' confidence and belief in the Company's vision by refining and executing strategic investor relations initiatives.
- Facilitate and demonstrate consistent and clear communication between the Company's internal and external stakeholders through various channels including memos, pitch books, term sheets, newsletters, and presentations. Serves as the primary point of contact for investment community, client inquiries, introductory meetings and also organized roadshows as necessary.
- Strategically promote and enhance the Company's fundamental corporate values through IR events and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate shareholder meetings and press conferences.
- Lead financial analysis briefings and release financial data.
- Publish reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Handles the public side of any crisis.

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Economics, or related fields. A Master's degree (such as an M.B.A.) is not necessary but is considered an asset.
- Two to seven years of work experience in positions where the applicant has gained experience in investor relations, public relations, financial investment, accounting, legal, and other related fields.
- Experience within the same industry is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
- A strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools.
- Due to the large amounts of data to be processed and presented, applicants should have intermediate-high proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- The position often requires some international traveling. Due to the effects on finance by globalization, multilingual applicants with proficiency in the Mandarin language will have an added advantage.
