**BAKER (Sponge Cake)**

Work Location : Demak Laut

**JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.
- Operates bakery equipment while adhering safety protocol.
- Able to perform and follow recipes.
- Able to prepare for baking according to the standards SOP.
- Measure ingredients, monitor baking times, follow recipes and maintain inventory.

**JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM or Relevant qualifications in related field
- Experience in Sponge Cake is an advantage
- Ability to work with team members
- Understanding of ingredients and its characteristics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
