**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Content Creation Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:

- Create and edit videos, graphics, and other multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce compelling content.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

**3. Community Engagement**:

- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance our social media presence.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights and data to optimize content and strategies for better engagement and reach.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing goals and strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

**5. Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Maintain a cohesive brand image across all social media platforms and content types.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and edit multimedia content, including videos and graphics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
