Type of Employment : Fulltime

5 days Rotating shift - starts at 6am - 12am. 2 days off

Profile

B2C call type - talking to customers of E-Commerce in Japan to handle and reslove Refunds and returns

Logistics / delivery issues

Key Qualifications

Willing to relocate to Malaysia or already residing in Malaysia

Language Requirement:
English proficiency not required as training will be in Japanese

Profile 1: For Native Speakers knowledge of Kanji script

Profile 2: JLPT N1 or N2 certification and knowledge in Kanji script for Non-Native Japanese Speakers, with 6 months work experience using Japanese language

Profile 3: JLPT N3 or N4 certification and knowledge in Kanji script for Non-Native Japanese speakers, with at least 6 years work experience in using Japanese language

for relocation Requirements

For Native Japanese Speakers to get a Visa in Malaysia

for Graduates to secure a Visa in Malaysia, they must have 2 years of work experience outside of Malaysia

If they are Master degree holder, they can secure a Visa even without work experience

High School graduates - 5-7 years of work experience to get a Visa in Malaysia

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
