**Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform mold trials, debugging, and optimize injection molding process parameters for new and existing products.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Carry out routine maintenance and setup of molding machines and related equipment.
- Record and analyze mold trial data, summarize findings, and propose process optimization improvements.
- Develop and implement technical standards and process instructions for injection molding operations.
- Improve production processes and product structures to enhance quality and performance.
- Plan, organize, and monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure machines operate efficiently.
- Set up and operate molding-related equipment, including injection molding machines, dryers, chillers, and grinders.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for molding operators and technicians.
- Oversee mold commissioning, setup, troubleshooting, and mold maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the plastic injection molding industry.**:

- Proficient in operating plastic injection machinery, including conventional machines.
- Hardworking, committed, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- plastic injection molding industry: 5 years (preferred)
