Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions. - Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports. - Work closely with sales administrator and sales team to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated. - Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule. - Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents. - Other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers. **Requirements**: - At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. - Fresh graduates who have a "willing-to-learn" attitude are welcome to apply. - Possess good command and public relations skills and team player. - Pleasant personality, energetic, hardworking, self-motivation and self-discipline. - Malaysian citizen. **Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Meal allowance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Attendance bonus - Overtime pay Ability to Commute: - Selayang (preferred) Ability to Relocate: - Selayang: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
