**Key Responsibilities (AR)**:

- Perform daily sales collection reconciliation.
- Posts Sales Collection by recording cash, checks, credit card transactions and any other sales related entry.
- Resolve and follow up with relevant parties on any discrepancies collection.
- Carry out activities compliance to SOP and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate & filing documents.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

**Key Responsibilities (AP)**:

- Performing AP invoice processing for 3rd party vendor PO invoices, non-PO invoices and tax related payment.
- Ensure all open/overdue items are being attended to and resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures.
- Monitor payment cycle and complete payments within the timeline.
- Handle account payable ledger and creditors reconciliation..
- To assist in any AP related activities as and when delegated by superior.
- Any other ad-hoc task.

**Key Requirement**:

- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel formula vlookup.
- Experience in AP / AR reconciliation & double entry.
- Basic knowledge in principles of Accounting, minimum Diploma/ LCCI.
- Has a good sense of responsibility and is able to work under minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Familiar with computerized accounting systems and proficient in MS office, G-Suite, or SAP.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Preferably 1 years working experience in AR/AP function would be an added advantage.**:

- Willing to relocate to Bandar Bukit Raja 2 Klang

**Current Working Location for both position**:

- Account Assistant (AP) - **Petaling Jaya**

**Future Office Location for both position (Mid 2025)**:

- **Bandar Bukit Raja 2, Klang**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
