1) Monitor and verify product quality and product specification checklist.

2) Monitor and verify hygiene and sanitation checklists.

3) Carry out sampling and inspection on incoming raw meat and raw materials.

4) Prepare and revise product specification documents.

5) Become auditee for Jabatan Perkhidmatan Haiwan and customer audit.

6) Prepare post mortem report and submit to Jabatan Perkhidmatan Haiwan every month.

8) Monitor HALAL control by checking and verifying all HALAL control checklists.

9) Monitor HALAL critical part/ area in the processing plant.

10) Carry out raw meat and dry ingredients inspection (onsite and documentation audit).

11) Revise HALAL certificates and supporting documents for raw meat and dry ingredients.

12) Request HALAL certificate for new ingredients or if the HALAL certificate is expired from Purchasing Department.

13) Issue product defect notification for any new incoming, old stock or any unknown HALAL products.

14) Setup and monitor HALAL rules and regulation compliance in the factory.

15) Deal with JAKIM/ JAIP for any other HALAL matter.

**Requirement**
- Possess minimum Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good knowledge in HALAL practices in food processing procedure.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
