**Operations Support**
**Responsibilities**:
**Planning & Coordination**:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating procurement and logistics activities to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain and update records of inventory, supplier contracts, and order tracking.
- Support demand forecasting by liaising with various departments to anticipate supply needs.
- Plan and manage manpower scheduling to ensure efficient resource allocation and workload distribution.
- Prepare and maintain risk management documentation to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in procurement and logistics operations.
**Procurement**:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management.
**Logistics**:
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules with logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with shipping and regulatory requirements.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
**Administrative Support**:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost analysis related to procurement and logistics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Handle correspondence with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administration, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics best practices is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
