Sales Support - Data entry of customer updates into SYSTEM, handling customer inquiries, prepare quote, request of datasheet, request of order acknowledgement upon PO, follow up on sample status & delivery status.
- Liaise with sales coordinator and production to monitor and make sure all customers’ delivery schedule is meeting deadline.
- Follow up with existing customer(s) projects or new inquiries on daily basis, customer list will be provided.
- Preparing weekly sales report, daily customer inquiries report, datasheet status report and delivery report.
- Assist Manager to maintain overall businesses sales growth.

**Requirements**:

- Good attitude, self-motivated, result oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Sales or equivalent.
- Independence with minimum supervision & problem-solving.
- Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport
- Required language (s): Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia, English language.
