**Job Scope: Human Resource Assistant**
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., references, background checks).
- Prepare new hire documentation and assist in onboarding processes.
**2. Employee Records Management**
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and databases.
- Assist in processing changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
**3. HR Administration**
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and forms (e.g., employment verification, warning letters).
- Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting necessary information.
**4. Training and Development Support**
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and feedback documentation.
**5. Attendance and Leave Management**
- Monitor employee attendance records and leave balances.
**6. Employee Relations Support**
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
**7. Compliance and Reporting**
- Help ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment stats).
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
