- First line support to customers for hardware and computer issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
- Install and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal team.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT Support experience is an advantage.
- Able to respond on time and a problem solver.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
