Security Guard Supervisor School Sector Experience

Position**:Security Guard Supervisor**

Location**:Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur (HQ) / Kepong (6 different schools)**

Salary Package**:RM 2,500 - RM 2,800**

Working Days / Hours**:Monday - Saturday / 12 hours per day (flexible depending on the work requirement)**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in security supervisory roles.
- Clean criminal records and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Expertise in security principles, risk assessment, threat analysis, and emergency response planning.
- Proficiency in operating security systems like CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.
- Malaysians only.
- Age group below 40 years old. (can consider above 40 years old if deemed fit)
- Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization and its assets.
- Perform routine security assessments to identify potential risks.
- Monitor alarm systems, swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.
- Confidently engage with individuals and clientele at all organizational levels to form a good relationship.
- To perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
