**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

As a Junior Executive in Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the performance of our customer service representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Your primary objective will be to maintain and improve the overall quality of customer interactions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) - Collaborate closely with the team to conduct thorough investigations into any complaints or survey feedback received from clients. This involves analyzing data, gathering relevant information, and working proactively to address concerns and implement corrective measures.

**WORK REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment, with exposure to quality assurance processes preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for this role.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
