**About the company**:
The mall leasing team is looking for the right talents who can add value to the company's business. You will be overseeing 2 retail projects in Putrajaya by a reputable developer. Supporting headquarters based in KL City Centre.

**About the job**:
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to work effectively and be hands-on in regards to the whole process of leasing matter procedures for the company but not limited to the following:

- To secure new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix plan.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with landlord and work closely with the headquarters.
- Managing marketing materials, and negotiating commercial terms with prospects and carrying out viewings.
- Good knowledge in tenancy administration matters including lease agreements and regulatory framework.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience (Mall Leasing & Planning).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills with good command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and good management skills
- Pleasant personality, discipline and a team player
- Fully dedicated, dynamic and result oriented
- Able to work independently and under pressure for any ad hoc job to meet tight deadlines.
