**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day interactions with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage client accounts and assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with client onboarding and support processes, providing guidance and solutions.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
Malaysian citizen

18 - 30 years old

Minimum SPM or Diploma

Fresh graduates recommended to apply

Good command of BM and English (additional languages are a plus)

Good computer literacy

Comprehensive training will be provided

Strong organizational and time-management skills

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
