We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM SALES MANAGER to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
**Job description**
Develop and implement strategies to expand the OEM business in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
Identify market opportunities and establish partnerships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with R&D and formulation teams to create products that meet client specifications.
Ensure all products adhere to regulatory and quality standards, including GMP, ISO, and FDA guidelines.
Manage the lifecycle of OEM projects, from concept development to final delivery.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on project status.
Ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with local and international regulations, including safety and efficacy standards.
Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements to optimize cost and output.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
Maintain accurate records of client contracts, production schedules, and sales data.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing OEM client accounts.
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
