Position: Sales Manager

**Salary**: RM3,000 - RM4,000
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: A1, Kompleks Kilang Halal Pahang, Taman Teknologi Pahang Gambang, 26300 Kuantan, Pahang

1) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
2) Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
3) Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
4) Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives
5) Monitor and optimize sales performance across Meta, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
6) Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure online listings, campaigns, and advertisements are up to date and effective
7) Plan and evaluate product promotions and sales campaigns
8) Track ROI from live sessions and ads, and suggest improvements
9) Prepare and analyze sales reports, trends, and forecasts for management
10) Suggest action plans based on data insights to boost sales performance

**Preferred Qualifications**

1) Proven experience in sales management, preferably in e-commerce or retail
2) Strong leadership and team management skills
3) Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and make strategic decisions
4) Familiarity with online sales platforms like Shopee, Meta Ads, and TikTok Shop
5) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
6) Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Willing to be based in Kuantan and travel as needed
