**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary.

**Emergency Care**: Provide timely and appropriate medical care to patients in the emergency department, including stabilizing critically ill patients, managing trauma cases, and addressing urgent medical conditions.

**Treatment Planning**: Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments, diagnostic findings, and established protocols. Administer medications, fluids, and interventions as required.

**Communication**: Maintain clear and concise communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members regarding patient conditions, treatment plans, and potential outcomes.

**Emergency Procedures**: Perform life-saving procedures such as CPR, intubation, and wound care. Assist in emergency surgeries when necessary.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards and legal requirements.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach to emergency medicine.

**Continuing Education**: Stay updated on the latest developments in emergency medicine, attend training sessions, and participate in continuous medical education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Quality Assurance**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and safety of emergency medical services provided by the hospital.

**Emergency Preparedness**: Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response protocols, ensuring the hospital is adequately prepared for various emergency scenarios.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- Valid medical license and registration.
- Completion of internship or housemanship.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
