**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Leadership**: Oversee daily financial operations, including revenue management, costing, inventory control, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger maintenance.
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**: Lead monthly closing processes, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and deliver actionable insights to support business performance.
- **Cost Optimization**: Analyze product cost structures to develop models that enhance profitability and guide strategic decision-making.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Drive annual budgeting processes, monitor financial performance against targets, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- **Capital Expenditure Management**: Evaluate and advise on CAPEX proposals to align with business objectives and financial viability.
- **Compliance & Audits**: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, coordinate annual audits, and maintain robust internal controls.
- **Business Partnership**: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide data-driven recommendations for strategy development and process improvements.
- **Ad-Hoc Initiatives**: Address special projects and tasks as directed by senior management.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education & Experience**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA), with 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in accounting standards, management reporting, statutory compliance, and ERP systems. Advanced skills in **Power BI** and **Power Query** for data analysis and visualization.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong aptitude for interpreting complex data, developing business projections, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- **Personal Attributes**: High integrity, attention to detail, and exceptional reporting skills.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
