**Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**
- Create engaging and creative content (images, captions, videos, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Take and edit photos/videos of products, events, or workplace activities.
- Ensure content reflects brand identity and is suitable for the target audience.

**2. Content Planning & Scheduling**
- Plan and organize monthly content calendars.
- Schedule posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Align content with promotions, product launches, holidays or campaigns.

**3. Page Management & Engagement**
- Manage daily operations of social media pages: posting, replying to comments/DMs, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor page activity and report basic performance (likes, shares, followers).
- Flag any customer inquiries or complaints to relevant departments.

**4. Admin Support Duties**:

- Handle basic office documentation and filing.
- Assist with data entry, stock tracking, or inventory updates (if applicable).
- Prepare simple reports (sales, stock, social media performance).
- Liaise with suppliers, customers or internal teams for coordination tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work from Monday to Saturday
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
- Excellent personal skills with a friendly attitude
- Great communication skills
- Positive and approachable manner
