Human Resource/admin Manager

1) Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiative align with overall business strategy.
2) Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3) Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4) Payroll, compensation and benefits.
6) Managing recruitment and selection procedure and process.
7) Ensure compliance throughout human resource management.
8) Set objectives, performance manage and develop staff in the admin team.
9) Focal point for responding to key administrative issues.
**Requirement and skills**:
1) Degree in Human Resource Management.
2) Minimum of 5 years in Managerial position in relevant field.
3) People oriented and results driven.
4) Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6) Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
7) Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8) In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
**Language**: English, Malay & Mandarin (will be an advantage).
