**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive continuous sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering insights on products, market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product and service promotions.
- Accurately process purchase orders and sales-related documents in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, product specifications, samples, shipments, artwork approvals, registrations, and payments.
- Organize and coordinate customer visits, meetings, and travel logistics, including hotel and transportation arrangements.
- Participate in local and international trade exhibitions to represent the company and build business opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless fulfillment of customer requirements.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **SPM**, **Diploma**, or **Degree** in **Business Administration** or a related field.
- At least **1 year** of working experience in **sales**, preferably in the **rubber or glove industry**.
- Excellent **interpersonal** and **communication skills**, with a flair for building strong customer relationships.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
