**SKOP KERJA SALES EXECUTIVE**

1. Menjana jualaan dengan menjual/menawarkan pakej badal haji dan umrah secara langsung kepada pelanggan individu atau korporat.

2. Melaksanakan cold call, WhatsApp blast, dan follow-up leads untuk mempromosikan pakej

3. Memberi penerangan dan menjawab pertanyaan tentang prosedur Badal haji/Umrah melalui pelbagai saluran (telefon, WhatsApp, media sosial).

4. Memastikan gerak kerja OKR (Objectif Key Result) & KPI dilaksanakan dengan sebaiknya.

5. Menyusun dan menyemak dokumen pelanggan & memastikan pelanggan mendapat resit, surat rasmi dan bukti pelaksanaan ibadah.

6. Bekerjasama dan membina hubingan dengan masjid, NGO, sekolah, tokoh agama influencer atau agensi luar untuk promosi.

7. Menyertai program karnival, ekspo atau booth jualan dan menyediakan bahan pameran dan menjelaskan pakej kepada pengunjung.

8. Menyemak trend pasaran dan mengenalpasti keperluan semasa mencadangkan idea penambahbaikan pakej.

9. Menyediakan laporan jualan mingguan/bulanan kepada pihak pengurusan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
