**仕事内容**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle HR employee inquiries and process employee data changes using a ticketing system within Workday HCM.
- Oversee recruitment processes and post-recruitment employee activities.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding timeliness and quality of services.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively address employee queries via tickets and chats.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive FAQs outlining the current and future process workflows.
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards to provide accurate information for all inquiries.
- Direct Tier 2 transactions to the appropriate leads and onshore counterparts according to established procedures.
- Escalate urgent cases requiring immediate attention to the relevant authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or bachelor’s in human resources or equivalent.
- With overall 3+ years of work experience for SPE roles.
- Experience using Workday HRM software.
- Proficient in Talent Acquisition and HR processes, with at least 1-2 years of handling employee inquiries and transactions.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional employee experiences.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese languages(JLPT N1).
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SNOW, Zendesk, etc., is a plus.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities, conflict management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Must have a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing employee experiences, be energetic, driven, and capable of efficiently resolving all employee inquiries and transactions.

**Shift window**:

- 9-17
- Mon - Fri
- no midnight shift
