Handle all **import and export shipment arrangements and documentation**, including packing lists, customs forms, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with **freight forwarders, shipping agents, and carriers** for shipment bookings and preparation of accurate shipping documents.
- Issue **Delivery Orders (DO)** and **invoices** using the **MES system**.
- Liaise with **customers** regarding export orders and shipping arrangements, ensuring customer requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Arrange **customs clearance** for import and export shipments, including **raw materials and machinery**, and ensure accurate import/export declarations.
- Manage and coordinate **Scheduled Waste documentation and disposal activities**, ensuring compliance with **DOE (Department of Environment)** guidelines.
- Monitor shipping activities including **shipping instruction, document preparation, scheduling**, and delivery status to ensure timely arrival and clearance of goods.
- Handle **international logistics and customs-related inquiries**, including special licenses, certifications, and documentation for import/export.
- Propose and implement **cost-saving and process improvement initiatives** to enhance logistics operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with **Sales & Marketing, Warehouse, Purchasing, Production**, and **Finance** teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure that all logistics operations and documentation are conducted in accordance with **government regulations and company policies**.
- Monitor and **negotiate shipping rates**, manage **shipping budgets**, and control overall **logistics costs**.

Job Requirement
- At least 3-5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with K1, K2, K9
- Familiar with MES System
- Familiar with Customs HS code, duty tax computation and exemption, LMW regulations, and other Customs regulations and requirements.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English is a must. Mandarin will be advantage
- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office, WPS, and other relevant software.
- Ability to deal with relevant government agencies, inclusive of Customs authorities.
- Ability to work independently possesses effective interpersonal skills with all levels.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellence.
- Good discipline and attitude.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
