**Job Scopes**:Food Application** **Principle Function**
- Product Development
- Prepare, plan and monitor project working schedule with experimental design to meet project target.
- Conduct competitor product study to understand market trend and customer’s requirement.
- Develop prototype recipe based on product concept and work within development schedule.
- Conduct lab experiment trial to set up new process parameter idea and conduct commercial scale up study.
- Prepare and complete assessment documents timely and ensure smooth production after assessment.
- Perform root cause analysis and assist product complaint
- Develop products which are safe, Halal and meet regulatory requirements.
- Execute and accomplish technical jobs independently for all job assignments.
- Inform and update superior on project progress timely.
- Set priority and manage assignment initiatively and independently.
- Take initiative in a team.
- Support HACCP, quality, Halal, safety and environment management system.
- Support the planning, purchase and maintenance of Laboratory equipment, instruments and tools.
- Plan and prepare visiting schedule by communicating with Affiliates and HQ supporters.
- Discuss and review the activities during the pre and wrap up meeting with Affiliates and HQ supporters.
- Analyze and follow up the customer capturing plan from the Affiliates.
- Provide training to Affiliates and customers based on their requirements.
- Build relationships with affiliates and customers to get the latest information and requirements.
- Support the quality, Halal, safety and environmental management system.
- Support the planning, purchase and maintenance of laboratory equipment, instruments and tools

**Requirements**:
Diploma, Professional Degree, in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing, Food Studies and BioTechnology or equivalent with CGPA above 3.0
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable with managing team member experience.
**Able to speak Mandarin and open to travel overseas **by schedule for business purposes.
No food restriction (can take all food), no food allergy.
**Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan**

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Food R&D: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Willingness to travel:
