**We are looking for a Marketing Executive for the purpose of the following responsibilities and key targets below;**
- Build customer’s loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Build brand awareness
- Engage with target audience and obtain feedback
- Support both external and internal communications to ensure alignment with the

organisation’s strategic objectives and vision, mission and values across all business

units
- Support in marketing campaigns to generate new leads
- Order and maintain merchandize / premium / gift / sponsorship
- Monitor and assist to prepare marketing expenses / budget

**What you will do**
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, marketing communication and plans in alignment with business and brand objectives for Singapore Market
- Help to conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and marketing survey.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct

mail and web)
- Help distribute marketing materials, goodie bags etc. in accordance to brand

platforms and visual identity guidelines in the correct representation of all brands
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management

systems (CRM)
- Help to organize marketing events, photo shooting and filming, truck delivery.
- Support various scales and types of events and product launches encompassing

logistics, invitations, communication materials, presentations, video content, external

vendor management and measurement of success
- Conduct market analysis on competitor activities to provide intelligence and basis for

sales and marketing strategies and ideas

**Required Competencies / Experiences**

**To be successful in this position you need to have;**
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or Communications
- Solid understanding of key marketing communications principles
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Mature and pleasant personality, with good interpersonal skills and ability to

communicate with people from all levels
- Willingness to learn
- English proficiency to prepare all related marketing materials in English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage interpersonal differences
- Develops and fosters professional relationship with peers, customers, vendors

Pay: RM8,700.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- marketing events, photo shooting & filming: 2 years (preferred)
- marketing&advertising promotional activities-social media: 2 years (preferred)
