**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up**
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into active clients.
- Maintain strong follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates.

**2. Engagement in Trial Classes**
- Actively participate in **student trial sessions** to understand customer needs.
- Provide tailored solutions and promote our educational products effectively.

**3. Informed Customer Communication**
- Guide customers through the decision-making process with **clear, persuasive communication**.
- Address queries related to **AI, IT, and education-based learning programs**.

**4. Sales Development**
- Implement sales strategies to **achieve and exceed targets**.
- Track progress and refine approaches for better performance.

**5. Reporting & Analysis**
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales tactics.
- Regularly update reports for management insights.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong communication skills in **English** and **Mandarin.**:
