We are hiring a senior Engineer to lead the Project Management team for our Solar projects in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Manages the design, engineering and construction of large scale solar PV systems, including but not limited to the electrical, structural and mechanical aspects of the projects.
- Develops, maintains and executes the project proposal or work plan.
- Establishes or oversees the work plan, staffing, and budgeting for each phase of project execution, including design, engineering, procurement and construction.
- Conduct engineering site visit to plan equipment and interconnection locations at the site and connections to the existing electrical system.
- Coordinates preparation and regular updates of the project execution plan.
- Ensure completion of projects within the time frame and budget with quality
- Provides and coordinates engineering support for business development as needed.
- Has primary responsibility for overseeing execution of and compliance with construction contracts and works with construction team to ensure adequate scopes of work under those contracts.
- Arranges for and organizes regularly scheduled project meetings to facilitate, confirm and communicate status of progress and assign tasks.
- To contribute, comply and committed toward the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System by making sure it is full compliances to International Standard, Legal compliances, local regulations, and any code of practice.

Minimum Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 5 to 7 years of combined experience in Solar energy, electrical, electronic, power generation and network communications are required.
- Able to travel or relocate
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
