- Work closely with the Inventory Division to check stock quantities and ensure timely re-stocking
- Analyze and monitor the cost of raw materials, components, and other resources.
- Calculate and provide detailed costing for products and services, ensuring accuracy in pricing.

- Collaborate with the Invoicing Division to ensure that sales orders meet profit margin expectations based on costing.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing cost estimates and projections.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing and costing roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience.
- Possess good communications and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role involves managing Mandarin-speaking regions.
