**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with all incoming inquiries and push for a clear decision from potential clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through persistent engagement and strategic communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize recurrent business opportunity.
- Develop and execute effective sales follow-up strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while continuously improving sales tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to handle objections, push for decisions, and drive results.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client management, in any industry.
- Ability to adapt to market trends and develop effective engagement strategies.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and motivated to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willing to travel for clients meeting.
- Knowledge in tendering process will be an added advantage.

**Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience is sales and marketing.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Higher education in the field of business admin, marketing, sales mass communication or any related field is welcomed
- SPM qualifiers are welcome to apply. We are not strictly requiring higher education qualifications, but relevant experience and the right attitude will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
