**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Inbound Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the inbound section of the warehouse. This role ensures the efficient receipt, inspection, and storage of products. The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for managing a team, optimizing processes, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the inbound team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of products.
- Oversee the inspection and verification of incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Manage the storage and organization of received inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of inbound team members.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments and inventory levels.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inbound operations.
- Address any issues related to inbound logistics and provide solutions for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physically demanding; requires standing, walking, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- May require working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM1,650.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
