Responsible to assist Finance & Procurement task to ensure the operation running smooth;
- Responsible to monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that operations has a sufficient number of necessary parts or consumables at all the time;
- To be responsible for evaluating suppliers, product and services, negotiating contract and ensuring that approved purchases requisition are cost effect and high quality;
- Prepare Letter of Award (LOA) to contractors or suppliers after both parties mutually agreed with cost and terms required.
- Conduct stock takes twice a month and identify purchasing needs for PSK operations or in any further project incoming;
- Perform any other duties that maybe requires.
